研究领域

本人研究领域及兴趣为国际环境法、人权法及两者之间的关系。尤其关注生物多样性公约、生物资源的获取与惠益分享、以及环境法与人权法交叉领域等问题。

I am an Assistant Professor of Public International Law at the School of Law of the Xiamen University. I come from a legal background (LLB and LLM, Wuhan; PhD, Edinburgh) with some training in education (MSc, Edinburgh). My main research interests are at the intersection of international environmental law and human rights law. Specifically, I focus on biodiversity law and its areas of interaction with the protection of human rights, such as biodiversity conservation and benefit-sharing.

I teach Public International Law, International Environmental Law and International Dispute Settlement for the School of Law.
